We’ve got our first batch of Chili for the season and it’s pretty Off The Hook. Made with Rambling Brook Bacon and beef ground fresh for us by BG’s, with Black Beans and Jill’s secret combination of spices, seasoning and goodness. Served up here with a dollop of local Sour Cream, Fresh Cilantro and Fresh Jalapeños (only do that if you want to dial the heat up a notch or two . . . ).
