Kim’s Black Bean Burger!
Yes, Kim will be making her own black bean burger. Because if you’re not going to eat beef, we think you should eat beans. Plus, they’re delicious.
We will be serving our Black Bean Burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and chips (on the side – but pile them right on top if that’s how you feel). Of course you will be able to add cheese or dial up the veg (fresh jalapeños? fresh avocado?) or sub out your chips for fries, onion rings, a side salad (just in case you want to feel really good about what you ate for lunch).
